Inspired by Tribal Artists
Chance Brown is from southeast Oklahoma. He received his BFA from East Central University and served the Chickasaw Nation for seven years, working most of that time as the exhibits and gallery coordinator, helping showcase exhibits from renowned Chickasaw and other tribal artists as well as exhibiting local, self-taught artists. He believes he is held accountable by a network of devoted artists who constantly instill in him to work on my craft. He uses drawing and acrylic paint, to convey tones, depth and space in landscape painting and figurative works.
